Udder rubbish!

Posted : 10 years, 3 months ago on 25 January 2014 05:28 (A review of Barnyard (2006))

'Barnyard' is just udder rubbish in every way!

Animation: UGH! Otis acts like a human (he's a cow) but he has udders! Udders? On male cows?! WHAT?????

Voice acting: OUCH!

I just act crazy whenever I hear these obnoxious animals singing and dancing and that midget farmer looks like Mr Potato Head, ridiculous jokes, awful animation, horrible voice acting, most of the credit goes to Steve Oedekerk

Well animated

Posted : 10 years, 3 months ago on 25 January 2014 03:13 (A review of The Adventures of Tintin)

'The Adventures of Tintin' has a rather weak story and some weak villains, but that doesn't mean it's a bad movie, it's got a pretty good voice cast (Jamie Bell, Andy Serkis, Daniel Craig, Nick Frost, Simon Pegg), well animated with animation that looks French and it's fun to watch

An unforgettable thriller classic

Posted : 10 years, 3 months ago on 25 January 2014 12:11 (A review of The Terminator)

'The Terminator' is an unforgettable thriller classic with James Cameron as the writer and director ('Titanic' and 'Avatar') and clever stop motion effects

Endless travels between 1984 and 2029 are just so fun and Arnold Schwarzenegger and the cast (Michael Biehn, Linda Hamilton, Paul Winfield) are all very good in it

Mia Wasikowska's best performance

Posted : 10 years, 3 months ago on 25 January 2014 08:59 (A review of Jane Eyre )

There were movies where Mia Wasikowska was the biological daughter of a sperm donor or a 19 year old returning to Underland, somewhere she had visited as a child, but here, she played Jane Eyre and gave an amazing performance

You can't deny that 'Jane Eyre' is Mia Wasikowska's best performance and by far the best in the movie out-acting a (still) very good cast (Michael Fassbender, Jamie Bell, Judi Dench, Sally Hawkins)

'Jane Eyre' isn't the best movie of 2011 but it's definitely one of them, a decent story, very good acting and sets you would want to look at!

One of the only things I would criticise is the casting of Jamie Bell, his performance was very good but he was a bit too young, yeah, Daniel Radcliffe was seriously miscast in 'The Woman In Black' but his performance was rubbish and the movie would've still been bad without him, Logan Lerman played a 13 year old in 'The Perks of Being A Wallflower' but he still gave a very solid performance and in my opinion, out of Jamie Bell in this movie, Daniel Radcliffe in 'The Woman In Black' and Logan Lerman in 'The Perks of Being A Wallflower', the worst casting was definitely Daniel Radcliffe - an ill fitting choice and a terrible performance

Another rubbish sequel

Posted : 10 years, 3 months ago on 6 January 2014 12:59 (A review of Grease 2)

'Grease' was good but it wasn't that great and I wasn't a huge fan of it, however 'Grease 2' is just another rubbish sequel and a lot worse

The music is nice but the acting, plot and songs completely suck, if you thought 'Grease' was brilliant, you may enjoy this flick but otherwise no

It wasn't really funny

Posted : 10 years, 3 months ago on 6 January 2014 10:56 (A review of Home Alone)

I saw 'Home Alone' about six years ago and it just wasn't really funny! The story wasn't half-bad but there wasn't really any comedy in it! Still, it's better than many Christmas movies and far from being a bad movie, but 'Love Actually' is 100 times better!

Not the best but still decent

Posted : 10 years, 3 months ago on 6 January 2014 10:53 (A review of Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest)

I haven't seen the 3rd 'Pirates of the Caribbean' yet but I've seen the first one which was good but was it great? It's even on IMDB 250! The forth one was just terrible!

I've seen 'Dead Man's Chest' too, it's not the best but it's still decent and better than 'On Stranger Tides', although the story is rather weak, Johnny Depp gives another good performance, the action scenes are scary, they make it a decent fun movie!

Isn't really funny

Posted : 10 years, 3 months ago on 6 January 2014 10:48 (A review of Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Dog Days)

'Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Dog Days' isn't really funny, infact, I haven't even seen the first two yet! But this one is very average, the plot doesn't really interest you, the jokes are lame and the acting isn't really that good

A bad spin-off

Posted : 10 years, 4 months ago on 2 January 2014 02:22 (A review of Planes)

'Planes' is a bad spin-off to the 'Cars' franchise, the plot is the exact same as 'Cars 2' except it's plane racing, not car racing

What's original in the plot is stupid and boring, young audiences (up to 10 years) who loved the 'Cars' movies will probably love this too, adults will be less amused!

Most of the plane jokes/puns are pretty stupid, the only good things about this movie are the animation, voice acting and a few jokes, the rest isn't at all good

An awesome conclusion

Posted : 10 years, 4 months ago on 2 January 2014 11:26 (A review of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2)

It's been more than two years since I saw 'Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2' and I decided to finally rewatch it

An awesome conclusion to the 'Harry Potter' franchise, it has rave effects, great acting and a good story, one of the best conclusion movies ever
